Refund Policy

Create Studio · Effective October 29, 2026

All sales are final

All payments for Create Studio are final and are not refunded, including for any part of a billing period you did not use.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Whop. Cancelling stops your next payment. If you cancel during a free trial, you are never charged. Otherwise you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

If something goes wrong

If Create Studio has a problem or an outage, email us at Stonebridgecommerce@yahoo.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Charges from your AI providers

Your images and videos are made by KIE.ai and OpenAI and charged to your own accounts with them. We can't refund those charges, including for results you didn't like or jobs the provider refused. Contact KIE.ai or OpenAI about those.

Nothing in this policy takes away a right you have under the law where you live.
