Privacy Policy

Create Studio is a service run by Stonebridge Commerce LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Create Studio at trycreatestudio.app and its Claude connector, why, who else handles it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Your work stays private
Your prompts, uploaded images, generated images and videos, and project names belong to you. Nobody on our team browses them. The app does not show one customer's work to anyone else, including us. We look at a specific item only if you ask us to help you with it, if the law requires it, or if we receive a report that the service is being used for something our Terms of Service forbid. We never use your work to train AI models and never use it in our own marketing.
What we collect
- Your account from Whop. When you log in with Whop, Whop shares your Whop user ID, name, username, email address and profile picture with us.
- Your subscription status. From Whop we receive whether your subscription is active, when it renews, and whether it is set to cancel. We never receive or store your card details; Whop handles payment.
- Your API keys. The KIE and OpenAI keys you save are encrypted before they are stored. We show you only their last four characters, and we use them only to send the work you ask for to KIE and OpenAI.
- Your content. The prompts, settings, notes, reference images and project names you enter, and the images and videos the AI providers return.
- Usage records. What you generated, with which model, when, whether it succeeded, and what it cost on your provider account.
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when you visit, and keeps short-lived logs to run and protect the service.
- Claude connector data. If you connect Create Studio to Claude, we store the sign-in tokens that let your Claude act on your account, and the actions it takes are recorded like any others.
How we use it
We use this information to run Create Studio for you: to log you in, check your subscription, send your prompts and images to the AI provider you choose, store and show your results, let your Claude work with your account when you connect it, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, answer your messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for advertising, and do not show you ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (running the service you subscribed to), our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention and improving reliability), and compliance with the law.
Who else handles your data
We use these companies to provide the service. Each one handles your data only to do its part.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people from harm, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
How long we keep it
- Generated images and videos, and the reference images you upload, are deleted automatically 30 days after they are created. Download anything you want to keep.
- Your account, saved keys, prompts and usage records are kept while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete them within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
- If your subscription ends, you can still view and download your files for the rest of their 30 days. We keep your account so you can come back unless you ask us to delete it.
- Whop keeps its own payment records under its own policy.
Security
Everything travels over encrypted connections. Your API keys are encrypted with a key that is kept separately from the database, and each stored key only opens for the account it belongs to. Files are not public; each link is signed and expires. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your Whop login safe and tell us right away if you think your account was used without you.
Your choices and rights
You can change or remove your saved keys in Settings at any time, disconnect Claude from your Claude settings, and cancel your subscription in Whop. You can also ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete your account and its data;
- stop or limit a particular use of it.
Email Stonebridgecommerce@yahoo.com from the email address on your account and we will answer within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those words are defined in California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.
Cookies and browser storage
Create Studio uses no advertising or analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, and loads nothing from other websites. It stores only what it needs to work in your own browser:

These are strictly necessary for the service or remember choices you made, so we do not ask for consent to them. Clearing your browser's site data removes them and logs you out.
Children
Create Studio is for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Where your data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. When data leaves the EEA or UK, it is protected by our providers' standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
